What this site is

EarlyGuides publishes free game guides funded by advertising. There are no accounts, no paywalls, and nothing on the site requires you to submit personal information in order to read a guide.

Accuracy, and its limits

Guides describe games as we understand them at the time of writing. Games change constantly: patches rebalance builds, rework systems, and invalidate tier lists. A guide can be correct when published and wrong three weeks later.

We therefore provide the guides as is, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Nothing here is official. If a guide contradicts the game or its developer, the game is right and we are wrong — please tell us so we can fix it. How we handle corrections is described in our Editorial Policy.

Independence and affiliation

EarlyGuides is an independent, unofficial resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, or platform, and we are not paid by them to cover, rank, or rate their games.

Intellectual property

Game titles, artwork, screenshots, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and commentary. Store artwork and screenshots are served from Valve's public Steam content endpoints. If you own material used on this site and would like it removed or credited differently, contact [email protected] and we will act promptly.

The guide text, structure, and original analysis on this site belong to BYTEBARGE LLC. You are welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Republishing guides wholesale, or scraping the site to train or populate another service, is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its advertising, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other readers, or use it for anything unlawful.

Advertising

This site carries third-party advertising, currently Google AdSense. What that means for your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Advertisers do not influence the content of our guides.

Links to other sites

Guides may link to game stores, official patch notes, and community resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYTEBARGE LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information on this site. The most a guide can cost you is time in a video game, and we would rather it cost you none — but we cannot warrant that.
