Laundry Store Simulator is a first person shop management game from Indonesian studio Akhir Pekan Studio, published by PlayWay and released on 9 December 2024. You start with a small laundromat, a handful of second hand machines and a stack of decorations you can sell for startup cash, and you build it into a business with coin operated self service, a minimart, a screen printing bench, carpet and shoe cleaning and a bakso cart out front. Progress runs on a Laundry Rank that rises as you serve customers, and each rank up hands you a challenge asking for a set number of repetitions of a specific task before it unlocks. Machines matter more than they first appear: the starting Cheap Used washer costs eleven dollars and takes 45 minutes a cycle, while the Waffles Series 77B costs 786 dollars, needs Rank 8 and cuts that to about 20 minutes. There are 75 achievements, a skill tree, phone based quests and a rotating cast of troublesome customers, and the whole thing is far denser than the storefront screenshots suggest.

Boss fights are where Laundry Store Simulator tests everything you've learned. This guide covers strategies for bosses across all areas, organized by progression order. For general combat techniques, see our combat guide.

Coin Wash Room Bosses

Area difficulty: Easy Recommended level: Unlocks early, prioritise it over service side upgrades Recommended build: Washing and drying staff with Waffles Series 77B washing machine

Strategy

The first bosses teach core combat mechanics. Focus on learning patterns rather than dealing damage. Every completed transaction awards experience, and hitting the threshold triggers a challenge rather than an instant promotion. This is your primary tool here.

Key tips:

  • Don't rush. Learn the attack patterns first.
  • Use Laundry Rank and rank up challenges to create safe windows.
  • Waffles Series 77B washing machine is enough to handle everything here.

Minimart counter Bosses

Area difficulty: Moderate Recommended level: Minimart upgrade costs 1,100 dollars, employee needs Rank 6 Recommended build: Washing and drying staff with Waffles Series 77B washing machine

Strategy

Early game bosses test your understanding of Washer and dryer tiers. Players who skipped learning this mechanic will hit a wall here.

Key tips:

Storage room Bosses

Area difficulty: Hard Recommended level: Required together with Rank 6 for the minimart employee Recommended build: Cashier with Cheap Used washing machine

Strategy

Mid-game bosses are the major skill check. They combine multiple mechanics and punish players who rely on a single strategy.

Key tips:

  • You need both Laundry Rank and rank up challenges and Coin laundry self service mastery.
  • Cheap Used washing machine makes a significant difference. Get it before attempting these.
  • See our combat guide for advanced techniques.

Screen printing area Bosses

Area difficulty: Very Hard Recommended level: Unlocks through shop expansion Recommended build: Cashier with Cheap Used washing machine

Strategy

Late-game bosses are serious challenges. Build optimization matters as much as mechanical skill.

Key tips:

  • Make sure your build is fully optimized.
  • Cheap Used washing machine at max upgrade is recommended.
  • Study each boss's attack patterns. Most have 2-3 phases.

Secondhand shop across the street Bosses

Area difficulty: Extreme Recommended level: Available from the start Recommended build: Cashier with Cheap Used washing machine

Strategy

Endgame bosses are the ultimate test. They require mastery of all combat systems and an optimized build.

Key tips:

  • Top-tier build with best-in-slot gear is mandatory.
  • Master every mechanic. See our combat guide.
  • These fights reward patience and pattern recognition above all else.

General Boss Tips

  1. Learn before you fight: Spend your first attempt observing attack patterns. Don't try to win on attempt one.
  2. Match your build: Some bosses favor certain builds over others. Don't be afraid to switch.
  3. Upgrade your equipment: A max-upgraded Cheap Used washing machine trivializes fights that seem impossible with weaker gear.
  4. Use Laundry Rank and rank up challenges: The core combat mechanic is your best defensive tool in every boss fight.
  5. Check the walkthrough: Our walkthrough tells you when you're ready for each boss.
