The queen of AoE damage. Spores spread viral damage across entire maps. Miasma deals corrosive damage to spored enemies. Saryn dominates Sanctuary Onslaught (XP farming) and Steel Path (endgame). Trivializes horde content.
Best with: Overextended, Stretch, Intensify, Primed Continuity, Ignis Wraith Stat focus: Range > Strength > Duration > Efficiency
Mesa (S-Tier)
Peacemaker turns Mesa into an auto-aiming turret, annihilating everything in line of sight. Shatter Shield gives 95% damage reduction to ranged attacks. The easiest powerful Warframe — press 4, aim in general direction, everything dies.
Best with: Hornet Strike, Barrel Diffusion, Lethal Torrent, Primed Target Cracker Stat focus: Strength > Duration > Efficiency > Range (dump stat)
Wisp (S-Tier)
Places Reservoirs that buff allies with health regeneration, speed, and electric shock. Breach Surge multiplies team damage. Sol Gate fires a channeled beam. Invisible while airborne. The best team support Warframe.

Wukong (A-Tier)
Creates a twin clone that fights alongside you. Defy absorbs damage then redirects it. Cloud Walker makes you invulnerable and heals. Three lives through passive. The safest solo Warframe with good DPS from the twin.

Octavia (S-Tier)

Kuva Zarr: A Kuva Lich cannon switching between explosive barrage and shotgun mode. Even higher burst AoE than the Bramma with faster fire rate. The most popular meta weapon for Steel Path content.
Ignis Wraith: A flamethrower with innate punch-through and wide cone of fire. Trivializes low-to-mid level content by holding the fire button in a general direction. Free blueprint from Clan Research. The best beginner weapon.
Nataruk: A bow obtained from The New War quest. No charge time, innate critical chance, and viral damage. The best single-target primary that's also free from quest completion. Perfect Shot mechanic rewards timing.
Laetum: An Incarnon pistol that transforms into a rapid-fire beam weapon. The Incarnon form deals massive damage with crit and status. Obtained from Zariman missions. One of the strongest secondaries in the game.
