Astral Party is a free to play online board party game from STAR ENGINE PROJECT, published by Neverland Entertainment and released on Steam on 28 February 2024. Up to four players roll dice around anime styled boards carrying 15 panel effects, build hands of Battle and Effect cards, and settle encounters in one on one dice duels. The first player to spend coins on three level ups at a start point ends the match, and games commonly run 30 to 60 minutes.

Picking the right build determines how your experience plays out. These builds are ranked by overall effectiveness, factoring in damage, survivability, gear requirements, and how well they scale into endgame. New to the game? Start with our beginner's guide first.

Build Progression Path

  3. Keep a Alana setup for content that keeps killing you
  4. Try Teru for a fresh experience once you've mastered the basics

Follow our walkthrough for the optimal progression path through each area.

Gearing Tips

  • Invest in your primary equipment first, since it gives the biggest power spike. See our weapons guide for rankings.
  • Create a room instead of using Quick Match. Lobbies fill faster when you host and pick the board, and it lets you set a map whose gimmick suits your character rather than taking whatever the queue gives you.
  • You can buy a level at any player's start point, not only your own. Players who do not know this walk two thirds of the way around a board to reach a start point that was never required.
  • Don't spread upgrade resources across multiple builds until endgame
