Beasts of Bermuda is a multiplayer creature survival game from Sastrei Studios, in Steam Early Access since 21 December 2018. You pick a prehistoric animal, spawn onto a shared server with dozens of other players, and try to grow from a hatchling into an adult without starving, overheating, panicking or being eaten. The three play modes split the audience: Free Roam grows you slowly with forgiving resources, Life Cycle speeds growth but tightens survival and tracks monthly leaderboards, and Combat drops you in as an adult on a small map for straight fighting. What separates it from the other dinosaur survival games is the talent system, which spends points you earn as you grow across Power, Speed and Survival branches, so two Tyrannosaurus players can end up with completely different animals. Weather, tides and hurricanes are simulated rather than cosmetic, and stress from bad weather or the wrong neighbours will drain you faster than any predator.

Upgrade Path
Early Game (Ancestral Plains to Rival Shores)
- Upgrade your starting equipment to functional level
- Craft basic defensive gear
- Save specialty materials, since you'll need them later
- Focus on Pounce and latch once accessible
Mid Game (Titania)
- Push Pounce and latch to mid-level upgrades
- Start collecting materials for Bite and bleed
- Craft situational consumables for boss fights
- Upgrade build-specific gear pieces
Late Game (Caldera to Volcano Bay)
- Max out Bite and bleed. This is your top priority
- Complete your build's core gear set
- Craft endgame consumables
- Optional: upgrade secondary equipment for variety
Crafting Mistakes to Avoid
- Spreading upgrades across multiple equipment: Focus one weapon to max before diversifying.
- Hoarding materials: Use them. The game provides enough if you farm efficiently.
- Upgrading the wrong gear: Check our builds guide before investing.
- Ignoring Titania farming: This area has the best resource-to-time ratio in mid-game.
- Crafting consumables too early: Save specialty materials for late-game recipes.
Resource Efficiency Tips
- Spawning from the creature select screen puts you at 0.4 growth with 10 talent points. Hatching from an egg puts you at 0.1 with none. If you have ninety minutes rather than a weekend, spawn in.
- Farm Titania during mid-game for the best return on time

- Match your farming route to your build. Some classes farm faster in certain areas
