Frozen District released House Flipper 2 on 14 December 2023, moving the series from a menu of disconnected apartments into the fictional seaside town of Pinnacove. Story mode runs 24 jobs across four districts, starting with Raccoon Trouble, a brief emailed to you by Tom Marino. Sandbox mode hands over empty plots and the full building toolset, and the game later added online co-op for two to four players.

Equipment Progression Path
The order you should acquire equipment as you progress:
- Starting gear → Enough to clear Pinnacove Suburbs
- Paint Roller → Your first real upgrade, available early
- Sledgehammer → Mid-game upgrade with good scaling
- Mop → Best-in-slot, aim for this by late game
- Upgrade to max → The power spike from max upgrades is enormous
