Knight Online is an old school PvP MMORPG credited to Noah System and Mgame and published by NTT Game, which put it on Steam on 25 January 2016. Two nations, El Morad and Karus, fight over the Adonis Continent, and nearly every system in the game feeds that war. Moradon is the one town where both sides stand together without swinging, and the Magic Anvil sitting in it decides whether your weapon reaches +8 or turns to dust. Progression is deliberately slow and the war events run on a server clock, so the players who get the most out of it are the ones who plan sessions around the timetable.
Knight Online features distinct areas with increasing difficulty. This guide covers every major location in progression order: what to do, what to get, and when to move on. For the step-by-step path, see our walkthrough.
Area Progression Order
| Order | Location | Difficulty | Key Rewards | Recommended Build |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Moradon | All levels | Magic Anvil upgrades, Trina's Piece, clan registration, event portals | Rogue |
| 2 | Eslant | Level 60 and above | High level armour and weapon drops, upgrade materials | Rogue |
| 3 | Ronark Land | Level 55 and above | National Points, Felankor drops, clan grade progress | Warrior |
| 4 | Ardream | Level 30 to 59 | Early National Points, low level PvP practice | Warrior |
| 5 | Bifrost | Level 55 and above, gated by the monument siege | Timed access hunting, rare drops for the winning nation | Warrior |
Moradon: Starting Area
The capital of the Adonis Continent and the only neutral ground, where El Morad and Karus players trade, form clans and queue for events without attacking each other. The Magic Anvil and the Power Up Store both sit here, which makes it the economic centre of the server.
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | All levels |
| Key Rewards | Magic Anvil upgrades, Trina's Piece, clan registration, event portals |
| Recommended Build | Rogue |
| Key Equipment | Two-handed axe |
What to Do Here
- Learn the basics of El Morad versus Karus nation war. This is where you practice without heavy punishment.
- Collect starting resources and your first equipment upgrade.
- Clear all main content before moving to Eslant.
- If you're struggling, read our beginner's guide.
Eslant: Early Game
Each nation has its own Eslant and cannot enter the other's, so it is the closest thing Knight Online has to a safe high level grind. Monster density and drop quality both step up sharply compared with the starting kingdoms.
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | Level 60 and above |
| Key Rewards | High level armour and weapon drops, upgrade materials |
| Recommended Build | Rogue |
| Key Equipment | Two-handed axe |
What to Do Here
- Focus on mastering Magic Anvil upgrading to +10. It's critical from this point on.
- Farm for Two-handed axe if you don't have it yet.
- Complete all objectives for maximum rewards.
- Prepare for the difficulty spike in Ronark Land.
Ronark Land: Mid Game
The Colony Zone and the main war map, open to players above level 55 and home to the boss Felankor. Nation buffs, National Points and clan grade all move fastest here, and it is where most of the server's PvP actually happens.
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | Level 55 and above |
| Key Rewards | National Points, Felankor drops, clan grade progress |
| Recommended Build | Warrior |
| Key Equipment | Two-handed axe |
What to Do Here
- This is the main skill check. Bring an optimized build.
- One-handed sword becomes accessible here. Prioritize getting it.
- Master National Points and clan grades for the boss encounters.
- Check our boss guide if you get stuck.
Ardream: Late Game
A smaller war zone restricted to players between level 30 and 59, built so newer characters can learn nation war without being farmed by geared veterans. Once you hit 60 the zone closes to you permanently, so use it while you can.
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | Level 30 to 59 |
| Key Rewards | Early National Points, low level PvP practice |
| Recommended Build | Warrior |
| Key Equipment | One-handed sword |
What to Do Here
- Full build optimization is expected by this point.
- One-handed sword should be your primary, fully upgraded.
- Second job change at level 60 mastery starts mattering here.
- Farm resources for the push into Bifrost.
Bifrost: Endgame
Access is decided by a siege on the Bifrost Monument in the middle of Ronark Land, and the nation that lands the killing blow gets in. Inside is a timed hunting window with drops good enough that both sides organise specifically for the monument fight.
| Attribute | Detail |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | Level 55 and above, gated by the monument siege |
| Key Rewards | Timed access hunting, rare drops for the winning nation |
| Recommended Build | Warrior |
| Key Equipment | One-handed sword |
What to Do Here
- This is endgame. Best-in-slot gear and a perfected build are mandatory.
- See our boss guide for endgame fight strategies.
- The reward loop: clear content → upgrade → push harder content.
- Experiment with Kurian for variety once you've mastered the meta.
Exploration Tips
- Clear areas in order: Moradon → Eslant → Ronark Land → Ardream → Bifrost. Skipping areas means missing resources you'll need later.
- Check every corner: Hidden caches and secrets are often in non-obvious locations.
- Match your equipment: Some areas favor different equipment types.
- Read the walkthrough: Our walkthrough provides exact progression milestones for each area.
- Don't rush: Clearing an area fully gives more resources than speedrunning two areas.
