The Slormancer is Slormite Studios' pixel art action RPG, released in 1.0 on 13 May 2025 after four years in Early Access. Three classes, the Mighty Knight, the Fierce Huntress and the Mischievous Mage, each get around 120 Slorm Reapers, and the shared Ancestral Legacy holds more than 150 elemental skills and passives. Respeccing costs nothing, so the game expects you to rebuild constantly rather than commit to one plan.
The Slormancer features distinct areas with increasing difficulty. This guide covers every major location in progression order: what to do, what to get, and when to move on. For the step-by-step path, see our walkthrough.
Area Progression Order

| 3 | The Slorm Temple | Endgame, scales by floor | Pure Slorm and Ultimatums, upgradeable to level 3 | Knight |
| 4 | The Great Forge | Endgame, wave based scaling | Runes, Reapersmith Spirits, forge loot chests | Knight |
| 5 | The Netherworld | Deep endgame, after Trial two | Nether equipment, Warlord clears, the final boss | Knight |

- Check every corner: Hidden caches and secrets are often in non-obvious locations.
- Match your equipment: Some areas favor different equipment types.
- Read the walkthrough: Our walkthrough provides exact progression milestones for each area.
- Don't rush: Clearing an area fully gives more resources than speedrunning two areas.
